The Kaloot is a piece of beach where the best types of fossils and shells can search because it lie

The camp began at six o'clock in the evening and there was cooked by the people who had already shell horizons arrived. In the evening we have already practiced shells for the tour the next day to Kaloot. We got up the next morning at nine o'clock, so we moved to Kaloot after a good breakfast. We had 17 kilometers to go, the first five were the hardest. There was a strong wind which caused blizzards. The wind blew us right in the face and 'only' advantage was that we were now awake We drove over long pieces rights polder with sometimes a lovely farm and a small village. Because of the ever persistent snow and wind, we made a stop to take a break and have something to drink and eat. Wouter and I went to look lichens. Then the journey began again, shell horizons with a duller and whiter deteriorating landscape. After about ten kilometers to have passed, we stopped at a chip shop where they had to me the whole month turnover within an hour inside. The snow had already fallen a bit and we went out again after a few to have passed snow dunes, we were finally arrived after about four hours on the Kaloot.
The Kaloot is a piece of beach where the best types of fossils and shells can search because it lies exactly in a good place with the flow of the sea, leaving all shells come up that are carried by sea from the bottom. We found a couple of shark teeth, shells with too many fossils in between we went determine in the evening. We are also delicious uitgewaaid. The cold was also of the party, so we were forced again to go home after about an hour. The return trip was easy (there) because we had the wind at your back and the snow had finally stopped. We stopped in a village where most sat in a pub, but Wouter and I went to go outside. Then we rode through the camp towards building and we made a very nice feast with cake and ice cream, soup and delicious French baguette with cheese and herbs in, or a delicious meal. In the evening we have some shells determined between the common species were also a number of rare fossils. We had around shell horizons 20 species. The camp ended Sunday morning because it was raining hard. It was a cold, windy and snowy camp but super cozy and fun!
