2013 (1) August (1) 2012 (3) March (1) Wristlets February (2) 2011 (3) February (2)

Currently I sew mostly in wool felt. It's still winter up here in the north, although the first seeds are planted in the soil. Maybe it's the longing for spring and it sprouts and grows that have inspired me as I decorated these wrist warmers:
It was not quite as thought initially, shells for sale but perhaps there has been some pictures in the subconscious somewhere. I actually worked shells for sale some with how to decorate these wrist warmers. The shape of the wrist warmers I've had for a while and so far quite happy with it, but the form and technique of decoration has been difficult to find. There have been some half good and partly miserable attempts before I made these:
Finally I found a shape that was interesting and not too difficult technically. With silver thread in the bobbin, it was also possible to add a little glitter element into without it being too hard. Several are under Manufacturing then maybe get some more pictures.
