Norwegian (English below) Do the brownies that? You know what? It is even better than it looks!! I


This recipe was voted one of the top 5 among over 500 recipes in the Norwegian chocolate company Freia's competition for "Norway's Best Chocolate Cake"! The recipe was subsequently mug heater presented in Norwegian UkebladNo 50/2012, one of the leading weekly magazines in Norway mug heater
Norwegian (English below) Do the brownies that? You know what? It is even better than it looks!! I PROMISE!!! Here you have a brownie out of the ordinary. The bottom consists of choc-chip cookie dough (which is crunchy after cooking) as it is covered by a layer of Oreo cookies (doble!! Words with double vanilla filling) which then covered browniedeig. MAMMA MIA!! It's just as well that you bake and eat it yourself so you know what I mean! This recipe I found on the cool blog HERE called "Rolling Sin ... Sweets after Dark" where the name is Lady of the Evening Brownies. It is also known as Slutty Brownies. Did both names fit just fine! But for me, these brownies pure magic (and so we can say that the white lies they have with how many pieces you say you have eaten to do .... ;) PS (IMPORTANT!) You only use half of choc-chip mug heater dough you get this recipe for this cake. (But the brownie-dough). It is because you can use the other half of choc chip dough and make these delicious Oreo Choc Chip Cookie tendon as well since you are going to bake ;) Otherwise, you can make Ben & Jerry's Choc Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Copycat . (Scroll down for recipe and photo). And you will not do any of that, just halve the recipe ...... And if you do not want to do that, well then you'll just make half portion of the recipe. PPS I used a 24x24 cm (9.5 ") springform tin for this wooden mug heater I think made perfect height of the pieces, you can use a smaller one if you wish, but not bigger. INGREDIENTS / INGREDIENTS Choc-C hip Cookie dough / Choc Chip Cookie Dough 200 g butter, mug heater soft / 200 g butter, softened (7 oz) 80 g brown sugar / brown sugar 80 g (2.8 oz) 280 g white sugar / white sugar 280 g (9.8 oz) 2 large eggs / 2 large eggs 2.5 tsp vanilla extract / 2.5 tsp vanilla extract 320 g flour / 320 g plain flour (11.3 oz) 1 tsp salt / 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda / 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp baking powder / 1 tsp baking powder 100 - 150 g chocolate buttons / 100-150 g chocolate chips (4-5 oz) brownie dough / brownie batter 150 g butter / butter 150 g (5.3 oz) 230 g sugar / white sugar 230 g (8 oz) 50 g cocoa powder / 50g cocoa powder (1.7 oz) 0.5 tsp salt / 0.5 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract / 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs / 2 large eggs 60 g flour / plain flour 60 g (2 oz) Oreo layer / Oreo-layer ca. 25 pcs Oreo biscuits (2 pk) / approx. 25 Oreo biscuits (2 pckgs.) PROCEDURE / METHOD Norwegian (Norsk Below): Choc Chip dough: Place the softened butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl and mix the bright and airy with an electric mixer, approx. 10 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well between each. vaniljeessensen add. sure to scrape down the sides so that everything is well blended. Add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix again until you get a smooth dough. Stir until the end of chocolate buttons and put the dough in the refrigerator while you make browniedeigen. Browniedeigen: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk. Unscrew the heat . Add the salt vaniljeekstrakten and eggs and whisk until well blended. Finally add the flour and mix well again. (Remember that this should only be stirred by hand with a whisk!)
