*** We will need: 500 g oatmeal (2 cups) 80 g pumpkin seeds (1/2 cup - I used sunflower) 80 g chopped almonds (1/2 cup) 2-ripe bananas 1/4 ARTICLE 3 tbsp vanilla extract honey / agave syrup / maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut oil Pinch of salt Recipe in Angličtina
PROCEDURE (super easy): 1. Preheat your oven to 200 C, prepare a plate - give it baking paper (and thus save yourself a lot of trouble). 2. Mash bananas. To this mixture add the other liquid ingredients (syrup / honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil). 3. In another bowl, mix cereal, seeds, almonds and salt. To this mixture, pour some liquid ingredients and stir it nicely hands. 4. sprinkle mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in total. After the first ten munútach choose a wooden spoon, mix well. I recommend after baking spoon again mix well and leave more Obsch from the cooling oven. Tip: You can add granola and dried fruits (eg. Raisins), but do so only after baking. Otherwise, the already dried grapes dry out the more. Stored in airtight containers. I recommend to consume in a month.
